Since we don't have a playroom we have converted a corners of the morning room into the play area. Campbell loves to go and play in her kitchen and now we have some fun artwork up on the wall. I got the prints on www.zulily.com, a website that Leigh told me about. They have great deals on stuff for kids, the house and even mom.

Campbell's New Bathroom
So we have finally finished Campbell's bathroom, or the hall bathroom upstairs. I love the yellow color and I really love the 'BATH" hooks! I think they will be great when she can finally hang up her own towels...in just a few short weeks or years!

A bright and cheery bathroom for a bright and cheery baby!
Is this to Big....
Does this dish drying rack look to big on the counter next to the sink!? I really like the style but I can't decide if I should have gone with the smaller version. I got this beauty ( i love cleaning and all the supplies) at Home Goods last weekend for $30. I had looked at the same one at Crate and Barrel where it was $60, so it was a good deal...but does it work on the counter?

Using a Spoon
I love the yogurt under the eye and stuck on her eye lashes!
Who knew that using a spoon could be so difficult...just ask Campbell. She tries so very hard every night to use her spoon to eat applesauce or yogurt but every night she drops the spoon and shovels the the stuff into her face.
A New Year....A New Post
So I have been a bad blogger recently, so please forgive me and I will try and get better about posting what has been going on in our lives. Things have finally settled down after all the Christmas rush and as much as it saddens me to say it I am kinda glad December is over!
Campbell is keeping us on our toes...she is trying so hard to walk, or maybe I should say that we are trying to hard to get Campbell to walk. She will walk all over the house with her stroller or dino but she has only attempted a few steps on her own. She seems to prefer crawling or the scoot! Campbell just got over a nasty case of pink eye in both of her eyes and knock on wood has been pretty healthy. She still has a cold that she just can't seem to get rid of. We are still having blood work performed to see if we can figure out her iron levels but her doctor isn't to worried and doesn't want to see her again until March/April so I feel like we can relax a little about that.
Campbell got a new kitchen for Christmas from her Aunt Katie & Colin and she LOVES it! Every evening when we get home that is where you can find Campbell. She is so cute she loves to stir the pots, cook some toast and talk on the phone. The funniest thing that she does is to rip the kitchen sink out and chuck it across the room.
Brian and I also spent about 10 minutes last night installing the new deck door, after the attempted break in back in January the new door finally came in. I should also mention that Brian spent about 45 minutes putting on the new door knob. So now all we need to do is have Trey come out and paint the interior portion on the door. He is also supposed to come in the next week or so to paint Campbell's bathroom which means I need to get to work on picking out the paint color and getting the new towel hooks. Instead of a towel bar I have decide that we are going to get letter hooks and spell BATH on the wall. I will be sure to post before and after pictures once Trey has finished painting.

Campbell's Kitchen
Notice the kitchen sink...in the middle of the floor.

The new door...that really needs to be painted and
have the matching shade installed.
The old door...waiting to be moved outside...
with the pretty window treatment.
